In Mrs. Christopherson’s class, students wrote persuasive letters to Miss Carson and Mrs. Sellers, hoping to convince them to serve fries in the cafeteria every day. 🍟 Their hard work paid off when they were surprised with fries, and it completely made our day!
Mrs. Romano’s 2nd grade class, students are learning about westward expansion. They explored maps to trace historic trails and learned about the Erie Canal and how it helped connect communities and support trade.
Our sixth graders have been diving into Greek myths and learning all about the gods and goddesses. After exploring their powers and personalities, they asked a fun question: What jobs would the gods and goddesses have today? Based on their myths, students imagined modern-day businesses each god or goddess might own, and their ideas were creative and thoughtful.
